Pearl and Dean were put together in 1953 by Ernie, they started selling advertisements on British cinema screens in order to show the main feature. They are the UK’s most known cinema advertising contractor, they have held the contract for ABC Cinemas until the ABC was bought in 1986 by Cannon. In the UK they currently supplies advertising for the cinema chains in the UK such as Empire, AMC, Showcase and many other independent cinemas and op-up cinema events in the UK.
